【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoverstherecommendedproceduresforquantitativetesting,reporting,andverifyingtheenergyabsorptionandreactionforceofmarinefenders.Marinefendersareavailableinavarietyofbasictypeswithseveralvariationsofeachtypeandmultiplesizesandstiffnessesforeachvariation.Dependingontheparticulardesign,marinefendersmayalsoincludeintegralcomponentsofsteel,composites,plastics,orothermaterials.Allvariationsshallbeperformancetestedandreportedaccordingtothistestmethod.1.2Therearethreeperformancevariables:berthingenergy,reaction,anddeflection.Therearetwomethodsusedtodevelopratedperformancedata(RPD)andpublishedperformancecurvesforthethreeperformancevariables.1.3Theprimaryfocusisonfendersusedinberthsideandship-to-shipapplicationsformarinevessels.Thistestingprotocoldoesnotaddresssmallfendering"bumpers"usedinpleasureboatmarinas,mountedtohullsofworkboats,orusedinsimilarapplications;itdoesnotincludedurabilitytesting.Itsprimarypurposeistoensurethatengineeringdatareportedinmanufacturers''cataloguesarebaseduponcommontestingmethods.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandarddefinestheterms,definitions,quantities,symbolsandunitsthatareusedthroughouttheEN13445.Italsocontainsinstructionsonhowtousethestandard(AnnexA)aswellasanindexwhichcoversthewholestandard(AnnexB).ThisinformationisaimedtoaidtheuseroftheEN13445.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestounfiredpressurevesselswithamaximumallowablepressuregreaterthan0,5bargaugebutmaybeusedforvesselsoperatingatlowerpressures,includingvacuum.NOTETheselection,applicationandinstallationofsafetyrelatedaccessoriesintendedtoprotectpressurevesselsduringoperationarecoveredinEN764-7.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletopressurevesselsofthefollowingtypes-vesselsofrivetedconstruction;-vesselsoflamellarcastironoranyothermaterialsnotincludedinparts2,6,or8ofthestandard;-multilayered,autofrettagedorpre-stressedvessels;ThisEuropeanstandardmaybeappliedtothefollowingvessels,providedthataccountistakenofadditionaland/oralternativerequirementsresultingfromthehazardanalysis:-transportablevessels;-itemsspecificallydesignedfornuclearuse;-pressurevesselswithariskofoverheatingOtherEuropeanstandardsapplytoindustrialpiping(EN13480)andtowatertubeandshellboilers(EN12952and12953).
