【摘要】:1.1Thisconsumersafetyspecificationestablishestestingrequirementsforstructuralintegrityandperformancerequirementsforchildrensfoldingchairs.Italsoprovidesrequirementsforlabeling.Thetermunitorproductwillrefertoachildsfoldingchair.1.2Thisspecificationcoversafoldingchairintendedtobeusedbyachildwithaseatheight15in.orless.1.3Noproductproducedaftertheapprovaldateofthisconsumersafetyspecificationshall,eitherbylabelorothermeans,indicatecompliancewiththisspecificationunlessitconformstoallapplicablerequirementscontainedherein,beforeandafteralltesting.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
